Elephant Rock Counseling is a newly formed LLC created in 2017 by Chad Randall, myself, accompanied with the involvement of Alyssa Edwards, Tricia Justus, Tammy Hofer, Senajda Zec, Steph Metter & San Mueller. Most of us worked together for many years serving in a Community Health Center in Jefferson County.
San and I had worked together for over ten years, and for most of those years we worked side by side with part of our schedule dedicated to delivering DBT Services to an underserved population. We immediately started an Adolescent DBT program in Kirkwood identifying high need with exploding mental health problems over the last 10 years among this demographic. This program has been well received with numerous families graduating our six month program and reporting significant benefit. Currently the DBT Adolescent program is administered with the involvement of Chad Randall, Alyssa Edwards, and Patricia Justus.
We are all excited to continue working side by side as we deliver DBT and other counseling related services to the Kirkwood and surrounding areas. We choose to highlight DBT due to the current significant need. However, other counseling related activities as a whole (addiction, depression, anxiety, trauma, etc.) represent a majority of the clients we serve.
